Overview
Chien-shiung Wu College is committed to training internationally competitive leaders and talents. Up to May 2018, it had signed agreements of international exchange and cooperation with 12 renowned universities and departments in related field throughout the world. Chien-shiung Wu College gives priority to undergraduate students by offering them diversified international exchange programs such as joint degree program, academic year and semester exchange, summer and winter schools, laboratory research and PhD admissions. In the past three years, 197 people were engaged in various overseas exchange programs.

The University of Texas at Dallas
Located in Richardson, Texas, The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) belongs to The University of Texas System and is one of the first-class public universities in the U.S. and top research universities globally. Founded in 1969 and supported by TI, UTD started from graduate training, and expanded to undergraduate training in 1991. It is expected to develop into top 50 in the U.S. besides University of Texas at Austin. UTD ranked No. 1 among U.S. universities with a history of less than 50 years, and ranked 146th in the U.S. News National Universities Rankings. UTD is especially famous for Naveen Jindal School of Management and Erik Jonsson School of Engineering & Computer Science.

Washington State University
Washington State University was founded in 1890 and its main campus is located in Pullman, Washington. With world leading research projects, WSU ranks top 50 among the U.S. public universities and is one of 108 U.S. public and private universities which receive Carnegie Endowment.
WSU is one of the first universities in the U.S. to carry out honor programs and has played a leading role in promoting honor education in America. Chien-shiung Wu College and WSU’s Honorary College have maintained a good relationship of cooperation in such aspects as semester exchanges, global case studies and laboratory research projects, etc.

Georgia Institute of Technology
Georgia Institute of Technology, or Georgia Tech for short, or Gatech, GT, was founded in 1885 and is one of the world’s top research universities located in Atlanta, U.S. As one of the top 10 public universities in the U.S., Georgia Institute of Technology is a member school of Association of American Universities (AAU) and one of Public Ivies. Georgia Tech, along with MIT and Caltech, are said to be the three largest polytechnic universities in the US. Georgia Tech ranked 34th in the Best Global Universities Rankings released by US NEWS & WORLD REPORT, with its College of Engineering ranking 4th in the U.S., and all departments under the College ranking top 10. It also ranked 33rd in Times Higher Education World University Rankings, and 5th in Computer Science, 13th in Engineering and Technology.

Annual Meeting of American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT)
Prof. Yun Ying’s put forward two “Early” teaching concepts, that is, to lead students to study independently and read English materials as early as possible and to do some research as early as possible. On such basis, Chien-shiung Wu College has organized physics research activities for freshmen and selected outstanding papers to attend the annual meeting of AAPT since 2006.

Annual Meeting of National Collegiate Honors Council
The annual meeting of National Collegiate Honors Council (NCHC) is the largest professional meeting in the United States to discuss honor education and elite education. In recent years, representatives from European Collegiate Honors Council, its member universities, and some honorary colleges in China have attended the meeting. Chien-shiung Wu College selects students to participate in “Poster” every year to show the results of our teaching reform, honor course study and student research projects.

University of Ulm (CSC Sponsored Training Program for Innovative Talents)
The University of Ulm is a national university based in Ulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It was founded in 1967 as a university of medicine and natural sciences and has now developed into a famous comprehensive university in Germany. Young though it is, University of Ulm is developing rapidly with its strength in emerging disciplines. Its Optoelectronics, Integrated Circuit Design, Microelectronics and other disciplines are among the best in the world, and Electronic engineering and Computer Science rank top 5 in Germany.

Founded in 1870, RWTH Aachen is one of Germany’s most prestigious universities of science and technology and one of the top universities of science and technology in the world. RWTH ranked 79th in 2018 Times Higher Education World University Rankings and 29th in engineering & technology, and 167thin U.S. News Best Global Universities Rankings. Its Mechanics ranked 24th in QS World University Rankings. RWTH has placed the first in WirtschaftsWoche with its Mechanical Engineering, Economic Engineering and Information and third with Natural science. In the rankings of German Research Foundation and Academic Senate, the research capabilities and funding of electrical engineering of RWTH ranked No.1 in Germany.

École d'Ingénieur in France
France is famous for its elite engineer education. The engineer diploma awarded by the elite engineer school is similar to master’s degree but has a higher reputation than the master’s degree and was highly-recognized worldwide. Southeast University has established extensive cooperative relations with Groupe des écoles d’ingénieur such as Paris Institute of Technology, N+i and some of their member schools. The semester exchange agreement between Since Chien-shiung Wu College and Grenoble INP is under negotiations.

Founded in 1850, the University of Sydney is one of the world’s leading research universities with the longest history in Australia, and is a renowned academia throughout the southern hemisphere as well as the whole world. It ranked 50th in 2018 QS World University Rankings, 61st in Times Higher Education World University Rankings, and 34th in U.S. News Best Global Universities Rankings.
Since Chien-shiung Wu College and School of Electrical and Information Engineering of Sydney University signed cooperation agreement in 2015, 9 students have participated in the joint training program, 5 of them directly transferred to PhD program.

Waseda University is a top university among Japanese private universities and is the most internationalized university in Japan. The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) is one of the world's top research universities. HKUST focuses on technology and business management, pays equal attention to humanities and social sciences, and is especially famous for its business and engineering. HKUST ranked 30th on the 2018 QS World University Rankings.
The Department of Electronic & Computer Engineering, HKUST (ECE) has established a priority Phd admission cooperation program with our College since 2014, aiming to recommending outstanding students to HKST-ECE for full-scholarship doctorate. The admission list of this program will be determined before the graduate recommendation of SEU. Those who fail to be enrolled can still participate in the graduate recommendation. From 2014 to 2017, 7 students recommended by our College have been admitted, of whom 2 received an additional Hong Kong PHD Fellowship Scheme (HK PFS), which was quite competitive and was a highly-recognized scholarship of Hong Kong government.
